Processing

The purpose built Start Fresh site at the Southglade Food Park has enabled the company to develop the processing facilities available to all customers.

Processing can be as straight forward as visually checking and sorting to maintain a specification for the supply of any vegetables.

The washing facilities on site promise a safe and thorough cleaning of produce to reduce or destroy bacterial deterioration and increase shelf life potential. The washing process can be designed to meet the High Risk preparation demanded by some clients.

Further processing takes the form of hand or mechanically driven cutting techniques. Bespoke procedures can facilitate many different options of size and shape to create quantity and innovation.
